1. Commercial Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by JIYA Sales & Services for material handling equipment, hand pallet trucks, caster wheels, and hydraulic spares are valid for the period specified in the formal proforma invoice. Prices are subject to applicable GST taxes (GSTIN: 24DAIPS6965R1ZJ) and freight terms as agreed.

2. Delivery & Dispatch

Equipment and spare parts are dispatched from our GIDC Vapi facility. While we strive for same-day dispatch on stock items across Vapi, Sarigam, Umbergaon, Daman, and Silvassa, transit times for interstate consignments depend on third-party logistics carriers.

3. Warranty & Technical Support

Our standard hydraulic pallet trucks and equipment carry manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects on hydraulic pumps and steel structures. Wear-and-tear components such as polyurethane wheel coatings subjected to overload or chemical damage are covered under our repair/replacement service policy.
